Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of pool chemicals and safety regulations, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on chlorine tablets, pool shock, or other chemical products once they have been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Pool chemicals and chemical products
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or dispatched.
